S2S Legacy Challenge: The Fennell Legacy: Gen. 1g

In our last episode: Josie made friends with Yuuki Cross, who professed a liking for Bryn's artwork and every townie but Nixy developed an addiction to bubbles.


Alexandra: "See?  Not evil!"
I'm watching you, cat....


Bryn: "I"m gonna do it this time!  Rarrrgh!"


Bryn: *scales the wall with ease!*


Bryn: "Humph!  Take that, obstacle course!"
Bryn is now as fit as his wife.  The boss is sure to be pleased?


Helena!  Working hard or hardly working? *smirk*


Natasha: "Aww, leave Nanny Helena alone.  She's only working as a nanny until she gets her big break as a model/singer/actress."
Look, Natasha can smile!


Yuuki: "Aww, this course looked so easy... am I fail?"
Bryn: "Teehee, don't worry about it.  I had trouble too, at first."


Blue Spotty Dog aka Papoose comes by every day, usually several times.  I think s/he wants the family to adopt her/him.  I do like the way he/she chases away the inappropriately creepy mailman, but he/she has many other qualities lacking in a good pet for the Fennells...


Josie invited her good friend Edmund over to spend some quality time with him, and he in turn brought along a friend of his.  It's Gallium by thealicecat !  She didn't do much apart from abuse bubbles and drink copious amounts of liquor at the bar, but she's still awesome!


Edmund: "So, an only child like you must have loads of great toys, huh?"
Natasha: *blush* "I'm too old to play with toys, Mister."
Sadly, it seems true.  She's just not interested in toys.  Also, it seems Edmund is already trying to worm his way in to this legacy.  Maybe I'm misjudging him and he's just naturally nice to his friends' children, but somehow I don't think so...


Alexandra: *just got beaten up by Papoose for the second time in two days!*
S/he keeps starting on her.  It's awful.  She tries to be nice, and Papoose jumps her every time.  I actually took this picture because she was running away after the fight, but I think I either had a glitch, or somebody got in her way real bad in the cramped hallway, because she didn't end up running away at all.  Next thing I knew she was nomming on cat food.  Regardless, that evening Josie ducked out to the pet store to pick up the collar she forgot to buy when she purchased Alexandra.


Her downtown errand over with, Josie called a few more of her friends to invite them to a small party.  She and her buddy Christopher enjoyed many an innocent pillow fight.
Edmund: "Why is Josie ignoring me?" *drowns sorrows*


Bryn's buddy Nico was also among the party guests, and decided to crash in Josie and Bryn's martial bed.  Josie stormed off to sleep in Natasha's bed in disgust, but Bryn had no compunctions about sharing a bed with his bestie.
Hey, Nico!  You're getting in the way of any more children in this generation!  Just thought you should know...


Natasha: "....careful..... careful...!"
(insert witty "no use crying over spilled milk" joke here)


As soon as the party broke up, Natasha took Nico's place by her daddy.  They really do have the same mouth!


Plagued by worry that Alexandra might try to run away, Josie spent the next morning bonding with her.
Alexandra: "Gonna getcha!"


Matchmaker: "This mysterious lamp will make up for my being wrong about Josie and Bryn being compatible.  This is for you, little girl..."
Natasha: "Can't talk.  School bus."


It seems that Bryn kisses and tells... I wouldn't have thought it of him....


Josie: "Come on, Alexandra.  Sit up!"
Alexandra: "I'm hearing sit up, but what I'm seeing is be a tyrannosaurus rex..."
She got it in the end.


Townie Boy: "I don't get it.  It's a Friday night.  Do we have a test coming up?"
Tenille: "Oh, ignore her.  She's a brainiac."
Poor Natasha.  She's decidedly unpopular among her peers, but on the plus side she's a straight A+ student, and her daddy couldn't be prouder.


Bryn: "Oh, really.  You're my boss' cousin?  You'll get me a promotion?  Umm... I didn't actually need your help..."
Alexandra: "You think anybody would notice if I jump up and steal that burger...?
Poor Bryn.  He's worked very hard to earn this promotion, and was going to get one anyway, but some random townie has just stolen his effort in the hopes of earning some brownie points with Bryn.  I would hate that guy!


Alexandra: "Still think I'm evil?"
Awww.  I'm sorry.  I felt awful for ever saying it as soon as Papoose started beating on you for no reason.


Natasha is such a productive little girl.  Her homework is always done and she always wants to help her parents out by earning some extra cash through lemonade.  She wins daughter of the year, in my mind.


Alexandra: "She's gonna get me!  Run!"
She didn't even notice you pounce her, Alexandra.  Relax!
For the record, Alexandra pounces everybody.


Bryn: "What are you reading, sweetie?"
Natasha: *blush* "A book on anger management.  I want to better myself."
Bryn: *heart swells with pride*


Well, hello there, pretty blue townie!  Wanna marry in to this legacy sometime in the future?
Tamsin: "Ugh!  No thanks!  It smells like cat poop!"


Bryn: "Josie, you bring sunlight to all my days.  I love you!"
Misty: "Ugh, romance makes me nauseous.  Get a room!"


Bryn: "Huh?  Did I fall asleep?"
Yup.  After all that sweet talking.  Falling asleep on the garden bench is not the way to more babies.
