Today I headed to Pleasantview's Sim State University and moved Jaki Larson in to the Bright Household with Meidie and Dirk.
Sunday morning began with Dirk running off to his final exam. All his hard work earned him an A+ and a spot on the Dean's list. Jaki declared a major in psychology and Meidie spent a good deal of time dancing before heading off to her final exam. She also snagged a spot on the Dean's list. What a successful bunch of students! Jaki danced a little and then headed outside to the exercise machine to gain a much needed body point. Actually taking the time to work out showed itself in trimming off all that extra fat Jaki had accumulated before college. She then spent some time enjoying the bubble blower. Meidie smustled in the front yard then played bass, earning herself $200 in tips from college dormies. Dirk immediately settled down in front of the computer to write his entire term paper for the semester. Jaki snacked on a bag of chips (she apparently doesn't much care that she just lost all that weight) and then all three students went to class. When she got back, Jaki played bass and gained a creativity point of her own.
Jaki stayed up until 4am on Monday morning playing bass and gained another creativity point. It was most definitely time for her to go to bed after that. It didn't hurt her sleeping pattern any - she was up again at 8am completely refreshed. Meidie called her boyfriend, Clarence Philippine to ask him out on a date. They met at Fresh Rush Grocery and Meidie began the date by bad mouthing the burglar who robbed her family back when she was in high school. She just can't let it go! With that nastiness out of the way, she and Clarence indulged in some romantic slow dancing out front, followed by a heavy makeout session. They retired to the car for a woohoo in relative privacy and the date scored as a dream date. Afterwards, Meidie dragged Clarence in to the photo booth for a picture together. He must have misunderstood her intentions though, because he decided he was going to keep the photo. Meidie immediately asked him out on another date then and there. They spent the entire date slow dancing in front of the photobooth, but this was all Clarence required to have a good time. Meidie reached maximum enthusiasm in music and dance during the date - all that slow dancing counts for something, at least. After a quick game of red hands with Clarence, Meidie drove home. Once there, she called her parents, Komei and Jodie Tellerman and her uncle, Jason Larson and invited them to meet her for lunch at Red's Famous '50s Diner. They enjoyed a delicious meal of pork chops and Meidie finally became best friends with Komei during lunch.
After lunch, Jodie and Komei snuck off to the photo booth for a woohoo. Meidie didn't stick around to watch, she was already on her way to the car to go home. Dirk wrote an assignment before inviting his dad, Darren Dreamer over to spend some quality time with him. Jaki hit the books and did some research with Dirk and their neighbour, Jared Starchild. Meidie received a coupon for a free meal in the mail and smustled in the front yard (from excitement, I presume...) Jaki invited one of her professors, Prof. Gordon Fuchs over in the hopes of getting to know him better. Dirk and Darren spent some father-son time watching the game on tv and became best friends. Meidie studied the afternoon away and gained a much needed mechanical point. Jaki and Meidie headed to class and Dirk called a few people to invite them to a party. He then went to class too. Jaki played bass once again after class in an attempt to entertain the party guests. It didn't work. Dirk's party was a total snoozer.
Dirk was up at 3am on Tuesday morning all bummed out over his bad party. He decided to write an assignment to take his mind off things. Jaki pulled an all-nighter. She played bass for the entire night and not only gained a creativity point, but earned $200 in tips. She went to bed exhausted at 7am. Dirk played some SSX3 and Meidie called Clarence to ask him out on another date. This time they met at Comandgo Emporium. She once again badmouthed the burglar before slow dancing with Clarence for several hours. They blocked the entrance to the store with their dancing and caused a pileup of townies, but they were totally oblivious. The townies got pretty rowdy - a fight even broke out! Meidie had been noticing that Clarence's feelings for her were indeed genuine and she decided to propose. He was incredibly surprised and accepted happily, being a family sim. Meidie warned him that she planned to get her college diploma and that the engagement would most likely be a lengthy one, but he was happy to wait. After an amusing pillow fight in the street, the date ended and both Meidie and Clarence had a great time. Meidie went straight home. Dirk managed to clog the upstairs toilet and called the repairman to come fix it during business hours. Meidie served up a basic breakfast of cereal and earned herself a cooking point in the process. After breakfast, Meidie and Dirk sat down to do research together. Jaki was up at 11am. Meidie spent a little time dancing and Dirk decided to make some purchases to improve the electronics situation in the household. He bought a much nicer television set and computer. Jaki did some research with one of the llama mascots and Dirk fired up the new computer to give financial counselling online to earn some extra cash. Meidie settled down to study and gained another mechanical point, which she needed. All the students went off to class and afterwards, Jaki did some more research with a college dormie named Kari Todd. She wasn't at all tired and decided to pull another all-nighter. She spent her night hours painting lovely landscapes.

Meidie started Thursday morning by running off to sit her final exam in her pajamas. She's never been one to care whether she's dressed appropriately. She earned a grade of C for her first semester in college. Erik headed to class and Dirk declared a major in economics. Dirk immediately wanted to study, so sat down at the kitchen table to do an assignment. Meidie spent some time smustling in the bathroom before deciding to throw a sports party. Dirk declined to join the party, instead heading upstairs to the computer to write his first term paper. When Erik got back from class he smustled awhile out front. Meidie and Dirk headed to class and Erik headed off to sit his final exam ever in college. Meidie's party was a success and she immediately threw another when she got back from class. She called her professor, Prof. Sterling Nott in the guise of a friendly chat but she was really just grade grubbing. Erik graduated from college with a final grade of C+ and immediately left the household to move back to Pleasantview proper. Meidie spent some of the day's second party hanging out with her childhood nanny and BFF, Calista Despret. Dirk managed to convince poor Beau Broke to clean the house up for him. Seriously, poor Beau! During the party Lucy Hanby broke the bathtub and Kynda Burb cloged the upstairs toilet. Awesome. But the worst was yet to come. In the final minutes of the party, after both Meidie and Dirk had gone to bed, Calista decided she'd like to roast a turkey and immediately forgot about it when the party broke up. This started a terrible kitchen fire! The house had a fire alarm, so it was put out quite quickly by the fire department, but Meidie was woken by the fire alarm and was no longer able to sleep. She pulled an all-nighter as a consequence.
In the early hours of Friday morning, after freeing the burnt turkey from the oven before it started another fire, Meidie realized that everything but the sink in the upstairs bathroom was broken and called a repairman to come out during business hours to fix it. She then set to work cleaning up the aftermath of the party in the downstairs bathroom and gained a cleaning point for her trouble. She spent a little time dancing in the kitchen and then headed to the bass to practice and gained a creativity point. When Dirk woke up, he played some SSX3 before calling his BFF Dustin Broke to invite him over to spend the day with him. He also called his stepmother, Florence Dreamer for a chat in the hopes of improving their relationship a little. Meidie headed to class and Dirk invited his dad Darren Dreamer over and asked him to bring Bowie, the Dreamer family cat with him for a visit. Dirk misses that cat like crazy! He also went to class, and Meidie went to bed exhausted at 7pm after her interrupted night's sleep. When Dirk got back from class, he called his dad again and got him to bring the cat over yet again. It's really cute how much he loves that cat.
Dirk stayed up late in to the early hours of Saturday morning teaching Bowie the cat to roll over before bed. When Meidie got up, she called her new boyfriend, Clarence Philippine to ask him out on their very first date. She met him at Sims Gone Wired and they became best friends. They went upstairs for a very heavy and expensive breakfast of lobster thermidor. They spent some time dancing in the diner area afterwards to burn off the meal before settling in to a heavy makeout session. They exchanged a few caresses and fell in love. The date was a dream date and Meidie headed home immediately. She later called Clarence to invite him over to spend some more time with her. Dirk played some SSX3 and then called his little sister Dacia Dreamer for a chat - he didn't really want to talk to her, it's just that he wanted to see the cat again and she was the only Dreamer home. And she and Dirk don't have a good enough relationship for her to agree to come visit him, hence he listened to her inane childish chatter to improve it some. Meidie headed to class and Dirk finally convinced Dacia to come over with Bowie. He set to making lunch and managed to start a kitchen fire of his own. Thank goodness for fire alarms.

On Monday morning Erik spent some time playing bass and gained a creativity point. Meidie declared a major in physics and went straight to her first class. When she got back, she called all her friends to invite them to a sports party and called townie Clarence Philippine for a chat. 
Erik called his friend Sam Thomas for chat before class and they became best friends. It was time for his final exam and thanks to all the time spent with his fiance, who just happens to be his professor, he passed with a grade of C+. Meidie invited Clarence over to join the party and spent a little time catching up on the music and culture section of the newspaper. She then spent all her time hanging out with Clarence and they became friends. The party was a complete success. As soon as it was over, Erik invited Sam over and Meidie called Clarence to ask him to come back over. She spent a little time flirting with him in the backyard and they developed a mutual crush on one another.
Erik started Tuesday with some smustling in his pajamas on the front lawn before class. Meidie was in a smustling mood as well, but she did it in the kitchen where the stereo was before also going to class. When he got home, Erik called his fiance, Prof. Abbey Walter to ask her out on a date. They met at Sugar Cube Bowling and after a very silly pillow fight in the street, they headed inside to the photo booth to get their picture taken together, with Erik actually getting to keep this one. They immediately settled down in to a heavy makeout session in front of the photobooth, then according to Prof. Abbey's preference they retired to Erik's car for a woohoo. This was followed by some in-car making out and another woohoo. The date was a dream date and Erik headed home to write his last ever term paper. Meidie spent a lot of time drinking at their bar. As soon as he'd finished his term paper Erik called his friends to invite them to a sports party. Meidie spent the party performing on the bass in the hopes of making some tips. She gained a creativity point as well as being tipped by the one person who could least afford it - Sam Thomas, who tipped her $50. Erik spent much of the party hanging out with Sam and then received his almost daily phone call from Katy Bui the Atrociously Evil Witch. They've never spoken in person apart from Erik once greeting her whilst on a date, but she calls most every day without fail and they have developed a stimulating telephone friendship. This friendship was finally upgraded to best friend status and Erik's party was a roaring success.
On Wednesday morning Erik headed to class and Meidie smustled in the bathroom before class. When she got home, she called her friends to throw another sports party and invited her new love interest, Clarence to come along and join the fun. She spent much of the party hanging out on the front porch with her BFF Beau Broke. Erik harvested some tasty lemons from the lemon tree and put them in the fridge for later meals. He called Prof. Abbey to ask her on another date and met her at Comandgo Emporium for a pillow fight and a very long slow dancing session across the street. This was evidently all Prof. Abbey needed to have a good time. He headed home to see Meidie's party end successfully. He later drove over to My Muse - Music & Dance Studio to enter a dance contest. He lost the first one, but gained a body point in the process and won his second one. He headed home feeling triumphant. Meidie invited Beau over just so that she could blame him on her gas - charming! He took the joke with good humor, though. Meidie then drove herself over to My Muse - Music & Dance studio not wanting to be outdone by Erik. She was to be sorely disappointed. She lost four dance contests in a row before the judging DJ took pity on her and let her win the fifth. She gained a body point though. 
After Meidie got home, Erik called Katy Bui the Atrociously Evil Witch and invited her over to hang out with him until bedtime.
Because it was one of those nights that are too hot too sleep, I headed to Strangetown to play the Davis family.
Al started Sunday morning by jumping rope in the kitchen and getting underfoot like a typical child. Almeric gave Leroy a bath and Rebecka updated her cuisine blog. Almeric settled down in front of the tv to watch a dvd until it was time for Rebecka and him to go to work, leaving Al in the care of his nanny. Al called Milony Loner for a long chat and later invited her over. After a game of catch in the front yard and a chat they became friends. Al's nanny was hopeless at her job and refused to make him anything to eat all day, so he had to call for a pizza delivery to avoid starving. After a few slices, he hid away in his room playing with his toy rocket ship. Milony clogged the toilet and Al called the repairman to come out the following day and fix it. He wasn't mad. When he got home, Almeric invited his BFF Holly Worthington over to hang out. Rebecka was promoted to Con Artist and Almeric decided to throw her a party to celebrate. Rebecka spent her evening teaching Leroy to speak in the hopes of getting him promoted and even though she didn't socialize with any of the guests, the party was a big success.
Rebecka had Sunday off work and started her day by updating her cuisine blog. Almeric served up a pancake breakfast and became best friends with Al during the morning meal. Rebecka headed to the easel to practice painting and gained a creativity point which she needed as well as three more that she didn't. Al settled down on the couch to watch a dvd and Almeric drove to work. Al spent some time jumping rope in the kitchen and gained a body point. Rebecka received a phone offer of a subscription to the arts and crafts magazine, which she accepted. Al found some old physiology books and spent much of the day learning all he could to master the subject. Precocious little scamp! Afterwards, he ran outside in to the spring sunshine and jumped rope to gain another body point. When Almeric got home from work, he called a bunch of his friends to invite them to a party. Rebecka gained membership to My Muse II - Art Studio for all her recent painting. Almeric invited his twin brother Aldric over to join the party and they became friends at last. Al decided to clean the bathroom and gained a cleaning point for his trouble. Everybody at the party had a good time.

Leroy was promoted to Understudy (and I unlocked a new cat collar which I doubt I'll ever use - blue camo is so 1992!) After work, Rebecka settled down to study and gained a much needed mechanical point as well as two she didn't yet need. She's a lady who likes to keep one step ahead. Almeric threw another party after work and invited Aldric along so they could spend some more quality time together. Al grew up well in to a teenage family sim, and quite the looker, I might add. 
Almeric called townie Phil Jitmakusol to invite him over so they could get to know one another better and they became good friends. Al was too stressed to finish his homework, but the party was a success.
Today I headed to Pleasantview to play the Tellerman family for a few simdays.
On Saturday morning Meidie joined Komei in a game of chess and they both gained a logic point. Meidie lost the game, but beating her dad is no easy task. Komei gained maximum enthusiasm in games. It was both his and Jodie's day off work. Jodie settled down on the couch to gain a much needed mechanical point. Meidie washed Brandy before calling her steady boyfriend Randy London to ask him out on a date, which he accepted. They met at Sims Gone Wired and Meidie treated Randy and herself to nectarine tartlettes in the upstairs diner. They both had a good time. Meidie drove back home and decided to give private school admittance one final shot. The headmaster agreed to come to dinner that night and Meidie set to work making the house spotless. Komei paid to have a fish pond dug in the backyard and went fishing, but caught nothing. He headed to bed at 4:30pm - his sleeping schedule has somehow become very erratic. Meidie managed to break the bathtub not five minutes before the headmaster was due to arrive and the repairman of course couldn't come until the following day. Meidie served up some Santa cookies for the headmaster and then admitted defeat and went to practice on the guitar instead of continuing to schmooze him. She gained a creativity point, anyhow. Komei was up at 9pm (great!) and spent some time practicing chess and playing darts by himself. Meidie was of course rejected for admittance to private school. Komei sat down to write a long blog entry on that morning's chess game with Meidie.
Jodie stayed up late in to the early hours of Sunday morning to gain another much needed mechanical point and then it was straight to bed. Komei spent some time playing SSX3 on the family's computer. It was his and Jodie's day off again. As soon as it was a decent hour to be making phone calls, Meidie called Randy to ask him out on another date (which may be their last). Of course he accepted and she met him in her bathrobe at Gothier Green Lawns (appropriate!) They spent their date fluctuating between slow dancing, kissing, petting and heavy making out. They sure knew how to behave in a cemetary. Their date scored as a dream date. Afterwards, Meidie drove straight over to My Muse - Music & Dance Studio to enter a dance contest. She lost her first one, but won the second. Still in her bathrobe.
She headed home happy with her victory. Jodie spent much of the day studying mechanical books, but didn't manage to gain another point. Komei spent some time in the sauna - not the greatest idea in summer but he was stubborn. Meidie practiced guitar and gained another creativity point. Komei was in bed by midday but woke up three hours later extremely flushed and overheated. It took three glasses of water to cool him down sufficiently. Meidie left for Sim State University to begin her time in college and only Komei cared enough to wave goodbye to her. Afterwards he spent some time on the bubble blower and once again became overheated - took 4 glasses of water to cool him down that time. Darn summer!
On Monday morning Jodie washed Brandy before settling down at the computer to start a tinkering blog - which she has absolutely no hands-on experience at but has read much about. Later on, she played chess with Komei until it was time for them both to go to work. Brandy and Alice had a horrible fight in the living room and Alice won. Komei was promoted to Medical Researcher and drove back to work for a couple of hours (he got paid twice that way). Jodie brought her friend Shea Johnson home from work to hang out. When Komei arrived back home again, he clogged the toilet and called the repairman to fix it the following day. Jodie and Shea became best friends. Jodie called all her other friends to throw a party for her and Komei's wedding anniversary. Komei spent most of the party practicing his chess skills. The party was a success, regardless. Komei wasn't tired at all and decided to pull an all-nighter. He spent his hours reading up on cleaning methods and Jodie wrote yet another tinkering blog entry before heading outside to the telescope for some stargazing.
Afterwards, I headed to Strangetown to play the Roque family. It consists of Gunnar Roque (was originally a member of The Shifting Paradymes Household in La Fiesta Tech) and his wife Jasmine (formerly Jasmine Rai, his college roommate). Gunnar is currently unemployed and Jasmine works in the culinary career as a Drive Through Clerk. Jasmine is heavily pregnant with their first child.
Jasmine fell in to bed exhausted at 7am on Thursday morning. Her pregnancy hasn't been particularly hard, apart from her energy levels. Gunnar cleaned the bathroom and gained a cleaning point for his trouble. He baked a batch of Santa cookies for lunch and settled down with some old medical books to learn physiology. Jeannie Gray (townie) called Jasmine for a chat and offered her a furniture discount. Jasmine threw a party and invited Jeannie to come along so she could get to know her a little better. She was pretty grateful for the furniture discount, since she was soon to buy baby furniture. She was back in bed by 8:30pm due to pregnancy sleepiness. Gunnar convinced one of the guests, Rodney Jung, to clean the house for him and then spent the rest of the party playing football in the front yard with Jeannie. The party was a total flop.
On Friday morning Jasmine purchased a bar in the hopes of improving her future parties. She took the weight off her feet by spending a few hours playing Sims 3. Gunnar served a basic breakfast of cereal and they sat down to a leisurely breakfast together. He's a surprisingly devoted husband for a romance sim - all those drama professors from college who repeatedly broke his heart must have opened his eyes some. He managed to clog the toilet after breakfast and immediately called the repairman to come during business hours. At 8:32am Jasmine gave birth to a healthy baby girl whom she named Gunine. She has her father's coloring. Jasmine called a nanny to arrange care for Gunine during her work hours. She threw a party to welcome Gunine to the world and spent a great deal of money not only on baby furniture but also on upgrading the family television set and purchasing a DJ booth. Jasmine became best friends with Guy Wrightley after spending most of the party hanging out with him. However, the party was a disaster, due to a randy drama professor making unwelcome advances towards everybody. The trash can got knocked over at some point during the day and the lot developed a cockroach infestation. Jasmine called the exterminator to come out the next morning before heading to work exhausted. Gunnar spent the entire afternoon reading parenting books until he felt he knew everything there was to know about being a parent. Jasmine was promoted to Fast Food Shift Manager and passed out on the front lawn upon arriving home. I woke her up so she could go to bed.

He spent some time bonding with his newborn daughter before settling down with a cookbook to gain three cooking points. Jasmine called Rodney Jung for a chat in the hopes of getting to know him a little better (it's always good to make friends with people you can convince to clean your house). Afterwards, she and Gunnar spent some time slow dancing and being all sweet in the kitchen. Jasmine invited Rodney over to hang out and they became friends. She threw another house party and made a quick call to her best friend Guy Wrightley for a chat before work. Gunnar gained membership to Sue's Secret Kitchen. He bought a birthday cake and helped little Gunine grow in to a toddler. The party was a success.
Gunine not only has her father's coloring, she also has all of his facial features excepting her mother's big doe eyes. I sincerely hope she'll grow in to that face - so far it looks quite unfortunate for a little girl!

It was both his and Jodie's day off work. Jodie settled down on the couch to gain a much needed mechanical point. They met at Sims Gone Wired and Meidie treated Randy and herself to nectarine tartlettes in the upstairs diner. They both had a good time. Meidie drove back home and decided to give private school admittance one final shot. The headmaster agreed to come to dinner that night and Meidie set to work making the house spotless. Komei paid to have a fish pond dug in the backyard and went fishing, but caught nothing. He headed to bed at 4:30pm - his sleeping schedule has somehow become very erratic. Meidie managed to break the bathtub not five minutes before the headmaster was due to arrive and the repairman of course couldn't come until the following day. Meidie served up some Santa cookies for the headmaster and then admitted defeat and went to practice on the guitar instead of continuing to schmooze him. She gained a creativity point, anyhow. Komei was up at 9pm (great!) and spent some time practicing chess and playing darts by himself. Meidie was of course rejected for admittance to private school. Komei sat down to write a long blog entry on that morning's chess game with Meidie.

Headed in to Pleasantview to play the Tellerman family for a few simdays. It consists of Komei Tellerman (ex-townie) and his wife Jodie, who used to be Jodie Larson. They have a teenage daughter named Meidie (a pleasure sim). They both work in the medical career; Komei as a Specialist and Jodie as a General Practitioner. Jodie is an elder now. Meidie is going steady with Randy London and they couldn't be happier. The family also has a dog named Brandy and a cat named Alice, who do not get along at all.
On Wednesday, Brandy became an elderly old pooch. Meidie got home from school and being a good student, quickly plowed through her homework. Komei got home from work in the meantime and settled down at the outdoor chess table to practice. Meidie decided to buy a new stereo, as the family was recently burgled. Happy with her purchase, she and townie Rodney Jung enjoyed the sunshine and played catch for a while. Then an awful thunderstorm broke out. Jodie got home at six and invited her BFF Daniel Pleasant over to hang out. A fire broke out when lightning struck, and poor Komei was beside himself with frenzied panic until the rain put it out. Meidie decided she'd show off her mad rhyming skills with some freestyling in the hope of some tips. Everybody subtly made fun of her except her uncle Jason, who tipped her $25. You can always count on your relatives to humor you, no matter how bad you suck...
Jodie misinterpreted everybody's reactions to her daughter's "talent", and decided that the atmosphere was perfect for a house party. She also took a good look at old Brandy and realized it was time he retired from his work as a Guard Pet. He's now earning a nice puppy pension of $71 a day. Jodie also decided it was time she upgraded her crappy old car to a new beige Yomoshoto Evasion. She settled down with a book on the couch to gain a much needed mechanical point, as did Komei. Meanwhile, the party was definitely not jumping. Lilith Pleasant and Allyn Harris, two of the guests, had two fights in the backyard, and then another in the bathroom, all of which Allyn won. The party ended up being a complete disaster.
Thursday started with Brandy and Alice having a fight at 4am. Alice won. Jodie woke up and played some darts to try to cheer herself up after last night's lousy party. Meidie gained herself a cleaning point with some general household maintenance. The guy from Will's Garage dropped by to offer Jodie membership. Finally some recognition. Komei got up and practiced his chess skills until it was time to go to work. While at school, Meidie had the choice of learning cello or trumpet in music class. She chose cello, she strikes me as a cello player. She ended up being great at it and gaining some music enthusiasm. While everbody was at work and school, the pets had another fight and Alice won again. Upon arriving home from school, Meidie was offered membership at My Muse Music & Dance Studio. She settled down quickly to get her homework out of the way. Komei was promoted to Surgeon and came home to immediately see another lightning strike cause another outdoor fire. With her homework out of the way, Meidie called up Randy London to ask him on a date, which of course he accepted. They went to Speedy's Fast Lanes Bowling and Eats. They spent a lot of time outside slow dancing in the moonlight until Katy Bui the Atrociously Evil Witch showed up to cause a downpour and cockroaches galore. They moved the date inside immediately and went bowling, then spent the rest of their time advancing from chaste kissing to heavy petting. The date went on until after midnight and was a dream date, leaving Meidie full of energy and smiles. She headed home. Komei settled down for a few hours of SSX3 on the computer while Jodie threw another party, which went much better than the previous day's party and was a roof raiser. Meidie got the urge to be accepted in to private school, so she invited the headmaster for dinner the following day and started madly cleaning the house to make a good impression. She also bought a new TV to replace the one that was burgled, and upgraded her stereo. She settled down with a book to gain a cooking skill point and after that decided that since she wasn't tired, she'd do an all-nighter. She then practiced guitar for a while and gained a creativity skill point. Komei also stayed up all night to gain a cleaning point that he needed. He only managed to grab an hour's sleep before he had to go to work.

There were many bouts of uncontrollable tears. Komei woke up at an awkward midnightesque time, which will destroy his sleeping patterns for a while, no doubt. He grew up well in to an elder. He settled down in the early hours of the morning to practice chess, and a strange thing occured. The middle of summer, Komei was almost overheated just from being outdoors, and the penguin walked by. Weird....
Does anybody know what causes headmaster no-shows? I've had it happen a couple of times now....
