In classic Fennell style, my teaser is a spoiler of how Geoff turns out! But who cares? I've missed actually playing the game so freakin' bad!
In our last episode: Gallagher finally gave in to the urges of his secondary aspiration and started cheating on Bijou left and right, Patricia found true love with and married Arden and Des found he was very popular... if only with the family dogs!

Gallagher: "You know, Prim, I've become very fond of you... do you think you could ever be more than friends with an old man like me?"
Prim: "Really? Little me? Gawww, I like you more than a friend too..."

Octavius is a wonderful uncle to little Geoff. Dropping by just to give bottles and bond, it seems...

.... but who can blame him? Who in the world could resist that?

I dare you to resist the awesome cuteness of Geoff! You cannot resist! You love him! Yeah, I've been watching way too much Invader Zim lately... The captioning of this picture came out in Zim's voice in my head....

The gorgeous Ariel McGee by quellasims dropped by to introduce herself. She is so damned pretty!

Gallagher: "Come on, say it! Say you love me!" *nuzzles*
Prim: "Bahaha! Okay, okay, I love you!"
Taina: Hmmm, this sure is awkward.....
Simultaneous Lovers: 5/20

Arden and Patricia are still completely smitten. They're far more reserved in public than Gallagher is with his ladies, but as soon as they have a quiet moment in private, there's no stopping them.

Ardeen: "Come on in, Patricia - the water's fine!"
Patricia: *gasp!* "More proof of the afterlife! If only I had a camera!"

Time for Geoff to get cute!
Michael: *openly checks out Taina's assets in the guise of celebration*

Squee! I almost died! Especially with the pink romper....
Personality = Virgo 10, 2, 10, 7, 6
However, Geoff's birthday wasn't exactly the happiest of occasions.....

Grim: "Sorry, lady. Time's up."
Bijou: "What? No - it can't be! I'm so close to fulfilling my dreams. I'm the college dean now. Please check it again. It can't be time! I'm not ready, damnit!"
Gallagher: *sobs uncontrollably, suddenly realizing the error of his ways too late*

Rest in peace, Bijou. You were such an amazing legacy spouse! Birthing eight children, helping to raise ten, working hard to earn money until the day you died. Who could ask for more in a legacy spouse?

You know what they say... mourning is the ultimate turn on..... Seems to have worked, too. Arden's swimmers found their target.

Poor Des. He locked himself in his room and wouldn't stop crying for hours. It was all very depressing. Even Patricia's baby jingle didn't cheer me up...

... but this sure did!

Poor darling. But it's good to have heir choices! And three is all I ask of you... Arden only wants three.

The night just kept getting worse. Sonny finally exacted her revenge on the Fennell family, after all these years. Specifically on Vada.
Des: *tries to bargain* "So if I win, you bring her back, right? Could we maybe sweeten the deal? Vada would love to have that spiffy scythe of yours.... if I beat you twice, will you throw in the scythe as well? Vada's birthday is coming up..."
Grim: "Not a chance, puny human! Play for her soul or stop wasting my time."

Vada: "Yes! That Keira Frost isn't the only one who beats death in this neighbourhood! Keira, consider yourself outgothed! The balance of the universe is restored."
Grim: *tries to cut off Vada's arm without her noticing*
... however, five minutes later, Zara's ghost jumped out at Vada....

Gallagher: "Please! She's my baby! Be merciful!"
Grim: Seriously, wasn't I just here? Like, five minutes ago? These people suck at life!

Gallagher: "You're serious? I'm going to be a grandfather again? This is epic! You're the best son-in-law a man could ask for."

Geoff. He knows he's cute, despite his skintone not being sexyfeet enabled.

Patricia is so win, making Santa cookies at Christmas autonomously! She has maxed cooking skill too. Plenty of time to work on those skills when you're pregnant and still unemployed.

Gallagher: "Come on, what's stopping you? We're both single and unattached."
Taina: "But don't you have a girlfriend? That Prim girl?"
Gallagher: "Oh, that's totally over, baby, trust me! Let's hug!"

Des: "Psst, Vada got brought back from death twice last night!"
Nellie: *sigh* "Keira's not going to like this...."
These two have become the best of friends. It's nice to know that some of the Fennells get along with their neighbours.

Gallagher had little trouble convincing Taina to be his latest girlfriend....

After her double near death experiences of the night before, Vada felt like she had to quickly grab life experiences before they passed her by. The new guy in town, Rafe, had followed her home from school twice, and he'd even come home from work with her this evening. The two had spent enough time together now that she felt comfortable with taking a chance. And so, Vada snagged her very first kiss. The two are still just friends, but she's glad to have that milestone behind her.
Nellie: *feels like a third wheel*

Have some cute.....

Des: "Good boy! You're walking! You're so smart!"
Des is a win uncle. Octavius has nothing on him.

Des. Just rockin' out.

Gallagher: "I demand more hugs!"
Taina: *giggle* "The bird will get out!"
Teddy: *is amazingly still freakin' alive!*

Nellie: "He's cute. Can I keep him?"
Hrm... well, I have no moral objection to you and Des getting together... technically, he'll be a townie when he grows up, so if you still feel the same way then, go right ahead.

Taina: "Patricia! How's the job hunt going?"
Patricia: "Not well." *sigh*

Tactless Delivery Guy: "Huh. Now I know why the call it Eau de Toilette."
Patricia: "You really don't want a tip, do you?

Taina: "That son of yours sure is good looking. Why, if I were a few years younger, you might have some competition."
Gallagher: "Ouch."

Taina: "Aww, don't feel so threatened. He gets all of his good looks from you, you know."

Des: "Aren't you a little old to be playing with dolls?"
Taina: Hmph. I take back what I said about you being good looking.

Sometimes I forget that Des is shy.... and oh my! He's fallen for the girl next door! She thinks he's pretty cute too...

.... Taina and Gallagher have been having a lengthy courtship. Taina loves him, admits it readily, but Gallagher has been slow to give his heart away this time...

Des and Nellie: *have their very first kiss with each other*
Zooey: "So... do you guys want me to leave.....?"

Bijou: "Hussy! How dare you try to usurp my place! If I can't have him, nobody will!"
Taina: *literally dies of fright*

Grim: "Gallagher, my man! It's been, what? Less than 24 hours? Okay, pick a hand, any hand..."
Gallagher: *bes distracted by Clotilde Douglees by niloublue's assets*

Taina: "Oh god, it was horrible! Hold me!"
Gallagher: *enjoys another good look at Clotilde's assets*

Taina: I don't understand.... he fell right to sleep... I wanted to thank him properly for saving me....
Aww, he's a very old man, you know, Taina. And he's actually never made love to anybody but Bijou, despite his philandering. Perhaps he's just not ready?

With morning comes the lovely Blanche by charterzard to introduce herself to the Fennells. This is one girl Gallagher won't be charming, however. ACR has deemed that she prefers the company of women.

... and it seems I didn't take a picture worth keeping for the entire day. Geoff celebrated his birthday and said goodbye to hot pink rompers (to my disappointment).

He did, however, immediately set to work on trying to win heir. He did so much autonomous cleaning! It's refreshing to have a Fennell with 10 neat points.

Patricia: *pained smile* "Okay, so I like the privacy of giving birth in the bathroom. At least nobody comes in to watch."
She's got me there. I'd prefer privacy too.

It's a boy! Meet Burrich. Arden's hair and eyes and a geneticized skintone.
Patricia: "He doesn't look a thing like me...." *wibble*

Lulu just can't wait until Burrich's big enough to play with!

... I hope she can enjoy plenty of time playing with him. She's an old dog now, as is Riley.

Gallagher: Oooh, look how big my strawberries are!

Gallagher: "About last night... I was so scared I'd lost you.... you know I love you, right?"
Poppy: "Why can't I find a guy to love me like that?"
Des: "If you wanna make out, I'd totally be up for that."
Poppy: *pointedly ignores*
Simultaneous Lovers = Umm, I'm gonna say 6/20, because after all, Bijou might be dead but there is no way I'm gonna start counting again, and who cares? Gallagher won't live to see 20!

Gallagher: "Hello, Clotilde? I know you're new in town and I'd love it if you'd come over for dinner with me and my family tonight."
Clotilde: "Sounds great! Can I bring a friend?"
Gallagher: "The more the merrier!"
Sunshine by engram_au also dropped by, seemingly because Patricia was throwing a party and there was free orange juice to be had.

Clotilde seems to be regretting her decision to bring along the lovely Platinum by xie_belle. Don't worry, sweetheart - you're just as beautiful as she is!

Now, I never mentioned this because I never thought she'd start up on it again, but in college Patricia started work on a novel. Two days ago, she remembered she'd been writing it and sat down to finish it. It was an instant bestseller, too! Seems she plans to follow in the footsteps of her great-grandmother Josie, who wrote many a bestselling novel - they're still all in the Fennell bookshelf!

Arden still isn't completely cured from the problems that caused him to be in an asylum.... Luckily for him, the Fennells are too fond of him to point out such slips!

... and besides, he worships Patricia! And is totally about to impregnate her again! Yay!

Des wanted to ask Nellie out on their very first date. I allowed it. Even though I knew that with her being part of my ISBI, I wouldn't be allowed to look and see what her wants were for their date. These two kids chose Legacyville Bowling Centre for their first date. No bowling took place. Dancing, however, was plentiful.

Cait: Ooh, he's such a dreamboat! If only he was older!

Des: "Uhh, can I help you, miss? You've been standing there staring at us for the past hour... are you lost?"
Cait: "In your eyes..."
Des: "What was that?"
Cait: "Nothing."

They eventually managed to ditch their stalker and enjoy some very romantic time under the stars (and ooh! a shooting star!) Also, while this was all going on I had "Under The Milky Way" playing itself in my head. If these two stay together, that will totally be their song in my mind. No dream date, but they had a great time.

Des wanted to stuff himself with junk food before going home, but almost lost his appetite after witnessing Emele Fillon by le_plat_du_jour's noxious burps.

Geoff attacked his first ever homework with enthusiasm. I love this kid!

Sonia: *bes terrifying*

Look at that smile! You can tell Des has a girlfriend, don't you think?

Geoff has usurped Vada's place at the lemonade stand. Sadly, the residents of Legacyvile seem to prefer Vada's lemonade. Geoff didn't sell a single cup.

Clotilde: "I think I'm in love!"
Gallagher: "Should we retire to someplace more private?"
Patricia: *starts work on her second novel*

When they made the bed, I had this weird image of the Simpsons episode where Ned Flanders is making the bed and takes out the imprint of his dead wife's body on their bedsheets. Weird.

Des is such a win uncle. Truly. And it's almost time to see how Burrich turns out....

Gallagher and Clotilde, about to share a very special moment. She is only the second girl Gallagher has woohoo'd with. Sadly though, Gallagher isn't in love with her yet. She loves him, he's slow to give his heart away. I think he's getting jaded.

Burrich is such a Fennell! I think he looks like Russet, Leslie and a little bit like Natasha.

Geoff: "Hey! You can talk!"
Teddy: "Yes...."

Burrich's wasn't the only birthday. Vada finally became an adult, and isn't she gorgeous!? Sadly, it was time for her to move out and join the townie hordes.

Clotilde: He's so good with children. I wonder if he and I will get married and have children of our own?
Sorry. Not a chance. Gallagher will never breed again if I can help it.

Patricia: "Really, Zara, it's nice to see you, but you broke my concentration... and my bladder!"

Lou Ann: "Kid, haven't you played catch enough for one night? Isn't it past your bedtime?"

Look how happy Lulu is! I feel so bad that she's got so old and that I've neglected her in my picture taking. I'll miss her when she dies, and the Fennells will miss her even more....
