Today I headed to Veronaville to play my long neglected Kosmokos family.
On Friday morning, Nery gave Cymoril a bath. Hermia took the carpool to work and Nery spent his morning productively by teaching Sycorax to walk. Sycorax's nanny, Sharlene, clogged the toilet just after she arrived and Nery quickly called the repairman to come out immediately before heading off to work himself. Sharlene immediately put Sycorax to bed, though she was just barely halfway to being sleepy.
Cymoril grew up in to an elderly dog that afternoon and Hermia served hamburgers for dinner. Nery wasn't hungry and jumped online to start a cuisine blog instead. He later went outside to stargaze with his telescope for the first time ever, and apart from gaining a logic point he also discovered a star.
Saturday morning started very early, with Sycorax waking Hermia at 1:30am. Hermia wasn't tired enough to go back to sleep, so she taught Bonkers to sit up instead. She and Sycorax became best friends and Nery baked a batch of santa cookies for a very festive but unhealthy breakfast. Hermia went to work and Nery practiced at the chess table until it was time for him to go to work too, once more leaving Sycorax in the care of her nanny.
Bonkers got in to another fight with his nemesis, stray dog Grace. Grace once again showed him who was boss by beating him down. When she got home, Hermia completed Sycorax's potty training before going to bed exhausted at 7:30pm after a long day. Nery spent the evening stargazing with his telescope again.
Nery stayed up late stargazing in to the early hours of Sunday morning and gained himself another logic point before bed. Hermia was up early to give Cymoril a bath. Nery and Sycorax finally became best friends and Hermia headed off to another day of work. Nery practiced chess before work again. After work, Hermia baked a beautiful layer cake in celebration of Sycorax's birthday. Sycorax grew up well in to a child.
Regardless of her horrible outfit, I still think she's gorgeous. Hermia and Sycorax enjoyed some mother-daughter bonding time hanging out on the floor of Sycorax's bedroom until Sycorax's bedtime. Nery spent the evening at his telescope once again. The ghost of Consort went on a terrible rampage that night. He woke Sycorax to scare her no less than three times!
After the first two scares, she had to run to the kitchen for a slice of her birthday cake to avert the disastrous consequences of low hunger. The third time, the poor little thing lost control of her bladder.
On the bright side, Hermia baked her first ever batch of santa cookies and purchased a garden plot, where she planted her first tomato crop.
